About Us Criteria, Costs and Activities The Scalo House Admissions Committee in conjunction with the referrel source will determine the appropriateness of the admission. Residents are expected to pay $125.00 per week and are expected to follow the 12 step AA/NA program, find a sponsor, and regularly participate in AA/NA meetings and Recovery Dynamics. Residents will also attend various educational sessions and are expected to find and maintain employment in the community in order to develop responsibility and renew their self-esteem. Residents will also help with household chores, cooking, and governing the house. Funding Funding for the Scalo House has been provided through grants, personal donations, and foundations. All contributions are greatly appreciated. The Scalo House is a non-profit organization. Contributions are fully tax deductible. Our tax ID number is: 35-2152638.
